#31 Use local and national Tings to collaborate on the development of schooling in Scotland

We need system-wide change if we truly want to innovate with democracy in our education system. We need a sustainable collaboration between politicians, civil servants, the educational establishment, the institutionalised profession, local authorities, pupils, and parents. Tings could connect decision-makers and service users regularly, allowing them to come together to assess development, implementation, and strategies for education, at both a local and national level.
